JUST BREATHE...

Updated: Mar 23, 2020

The gravity of this CoronaVirus situation is not for me to ascertain because when you perceive events through the lens of Christ, when others are perplexed and panicked, you experience an odd sort of peace and reassurance. You are reminded that no matter what situations you currently face, it will work for you and not against you. Romans 8:28 confirms,

"And we know that God causes EVERYTHING to work together for the good of those who love HIM and are called according to HIS purpose."

This scripture thus reassures us that when the economy goes into a recession, " It will work for us."

and if it sinks into a depression, " it will still work for us."

For the past couple of days, I have been listening to a myriad of conspiracies surrounding the origins of this virus and if it was in fact engineered, which I believe it was; it's therefore safe to conclude, however, that the Coronavirus is not what one should be really focusing on, but rather these introspective, rhetorical questions, which are:

"Are you prepared to meet your Maker?"

"Are you prepared if your life ends right now to make the transition from your earthly home to your Heavenly home?"

Revelation 16:15 informs both believers and unbelievers that, " Behold I am coming like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake, keeping his garments on,that he may not go about naked and be seen exposed!"

When you analyze this scripture, a thief comes into your house unexpectedly and when you least expect it. There is thus, an analogical comparison to how a thief will pounce upon a household as to how Christ will appear. Christ will appear on a day or night, when many are going about their daily lives and so his return will catch many, like a thief... totally off guard.

If a thief comes, due to the unexpectancy of his entry, one will feel vulnerable, exposed and shocked. Likewise, these are the emotions an unbeliever will feel when Christ appears suddenly... surprised and unprepared. However, if you are a believer, you will be prepared, despite being caught off guard.

You will not feel exposed as the scripture states which translates to, " I'm not ready" or naked which means, "My secret sins will now come to light as the God of The UNIVERSE will now judge me."

I, therefore, put forth these questions, " Could the Coronavirus be a loud, blaring call to ALL nations to wake up because this is the beginning of the end?"

"Could it be a call that the bloodshed, the wars, the diabolical scheming and the malicious ways of mankind have angered God so much that he has spat out his wrath upon this earth, by simply lifting his veil of protection? Has God allowed this man made virus to spread like wildfires to humble the proud and warn the wicked? Could this virus be the voice of God thundering, " Seek me while I may still be found, because for many, this will be your final warning? "

Regardless, of this, I am certain, this is not the end of the world. However, something so monumental has unfolded and a shift has occurred that reminds us mere mortals that the only 20/20 vision that will prevail is God's and not ours.

As this virus unfolds, nevertheless, be of good cheer, because we have witnessed, Biblical history that was a historic revelation to John centuries ago, and to be alive for such a time as this, is an indication that God isn't through with us yet.. and so worry not, but rather focus upward and... JUST, SIMPLY BREATHE❤😊.
