The Take Over Mentality meets The Controlling Mentality.

Your mentality speaks to the way you think. The way you think is proportionate to your actions. Consistent actions are therefore a direct reflection of your personality, and your personality shapes your character.

It is therefore imperative to have the mind of Christ because when you have the mind of Christ you are able to navigate and find that perfect balance between a takeover thought process and a controlling thought process.

Our Creator personifies The Take Over Mentality. In the beginning, God saw that The Earth was without form and void. He observed that darkness was upon the face of the deep, so he took over and declared,

"Let there be light" ( Genesis 1:3).

An individual with a take over mentality must therefore be able to assess and "see" what must be done to bring about an expected outcome.

God then divided the light from the darkness.

A person with a take over mentality then takes steps and actions through allocating, organizing and rearranging.

God then said, " Let there be firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters ( Genesis 1:6).

The individual with The Take Over Mentality erects a foundation upon which to further build, expand, or create for viable present and future income.

And God called the firmament Heaven ( Gen 1:8).

Thus, an individual with a Take Over Mentality names his finished product.

And then God said, " Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind" ( Gen 1:11).

The Take Over Mentality individual will likewise nurture its foundation and plant and invest in it so that it can yield a profit and therefore produce multiple streams of income that will also lead to different lucrative avenues.

The Controlling Mentality, however, says, " I will ascend to the heavens. I will raise my throne above the stars of God" ( Isaiah 14:13).

This kind of individual does not seek to solve problems, but rather to outdo others.

The Controlling Mentality thinks in his heart: " I will ascend above the tops of clouds. I will make myself like The Most High" ( Isaiah 14:14). Such an individual is never a creator, but rather a carbon copy who seethes with jealousy and looks for an opportunity to pull down or attempt to usurp who is in charge.

The Controlling Mentality flatters and gives half-truths" For God doth know that in the day he eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened and he shall be as Gods" ( Genesis 3:6). This was Lucifer's misleading statements to Eve.

  • The Controlling Mentality is aggressive whereas The Take Over Mentality is assertive.

  • The Controlling Mentality demeans while The Take Over Mentality uplifts.

  • The Controlling Mentality bullies in order to get respect, however, The Take Over Mentality commands respect.

  • The Controlling Mentality is a narcissist, but The Take Over Mentality is a catalyst for change. An advocate for a better you and not just himself.

  • The Controlling Mentality promotes mental bondage. On the other hand, The Take Over Mentality promotes mental freedom.

  • The Controlling Mentality hates to see growth in others but The Take Over Mentality welcomes it.

When you and I join forces with The God of Isarel that has a Take Over Mentality, it becomes more like a merger. He purchased us through the blood of his Son Jesus Christ. God is the purchaser. We are his acquisition. His asset. We are the target. When we accept Jesus, the old us no longer exists as we are now joined to God through Christ Jesus and together we form a brand new combined company.
